Various influential and equally misguided socio-political movements have conditioned us to the idea that men across-the-board should be feminine, and women categorically are to be masculine. I help men find their way back to healthy masculinity, understand especially their masculine essence and to also comprehend the feminine essence.
I foster understanding and communication among these essences and help you find the relationship you wish to have but do not (yet) know how to get or maintain. In addition, I coach women how to better understand their own intrinsic and often unwitting testing of men, and what constitutes a great partner by virtue of their proper, authentic reaction to said testing. Mutual understanding and a healthy polarity of these essences in both partners – regardless of gender – are the key to every fulfilled and lasting relationship.
Furthermore, I coach you on how to make wiser choices regarding your friends, business partners and the people who you surround yourself with, so you can live and flourish in an environment of people who want the best for you. I, personally, have gone through these arduous motions and pits, and got the t-shirt. That is why I want to save you the time and energy that I spent on these processes to empower you to the life and lifestyle you deserve.
My mother is a social worker and my father a teacher. The concept of people helping other people was imbued into me early on. Since my childhood, I dedicated myself to martial arts. Over the years, I practiced Judo, Shotokan Karate, Japanese JiuJitsu, MMA, and since 2010 Wing Chun KungFu (I am 3rd generation Yip Man) where I have reached 3rd dan and teach my students and guide them to become masters of their own lives themselves. To this day, KungFu is instrumental to my physical, emotional and mental fortitude and discipline. Its positive psychological effects on myself continue to profusely spill into all other aspects of my life.
I deepened that early conveyance of openness toward cultures, dispositions, ideas, countries and ways of life in the frame of “International Cultural and Business Studies (dipl. univ.)” at University Passau. After my subsequent, multi-annual work in digital sales (SaaS), I gradually lost my enthusiasm for this line of work and eventually took my path to entrepreneurship by founding my own cigar brand “CENTAUR CIGARS” in 2017. Therein, I translated heroes from Greek mythology, e.g. Achilles, into a gustatory and olfactory experience.
This came at a time when I was on an extensive, inner search regarding who I truly was and who I really wanted to become. This led me to Daoism, Stoicism, Greek and Egyptian mythology, as well as Jordan B. Peterson, Carl Jung and Robert L. Moore. I infused my first four cigar lines with the four masculine archetypes (King, Warrior, Magician, Lover) of Jung and Moore in the form of specific olfactory profiles and developments and the matching names of Odysseus, Achilles, Cheiron, and Iason. I wanted to inspire cigar aficionados to look inward on their own archetypal qualities and find their own inner strengths while enjoying my cigars. I failed to convey this central idea, because for my customers having a cigar mostly comes with the desire to silence the stress of daily life and to have a good – and not necessarily philosophical or spiritual – time with friends. Although cigar smokers increasingly enjoy my high-quality products, my core message remained unheard. I came to realize that it was, in fact, I who simply chose the wrong platform for my core message.
Starting in October 2019, I began my most extensive journey of personal transformation so far. I was at my lowest point in life. During my relationship at that time and due to my lack of paying attention in life, I had let myself go physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. The works of Jordan B. Peterson and my 2 cats – Hapi and Leia – literally helped me save my own life. Over the course of 2020, I ended my almost 6-year relationship, severed harmful business relationships, lost 11 kilograms of body fat, distanced myself from weak and toxic people in my circle of friends and acquaintances and – by the grace of Fortuna – found my life’s true purpose.
During an intense period of self-reflection at the time of the first lockdown in 2020, I began to develop my sudden vision for Life Coaching. That day, ACHILLES Life Coaching was born and my desire to help people overcome their fears and limiting beliefs and to transform into the best, self-loving version of themselves. The greatest realization of my own change was that I was not an exception: everybody who is genuinely willing to face their inner self, to ask for help, and to put in the work required can do it. The investment in oneself pays off.
I changed my limiting beliefs. Where in the past my own negativity had not only affected myself, but also my family, friends, and business dealings, I managed to finally break free of that all-too-tight cocoon. I had seen what my former attitude had drained from the people that I love. And I have witnessed what an amazing and incredible effect my transformation to positivity had and has on my surroundings. Victimhood mentality and weakness are in my past. Now I want to help you (re)discover your positivity, energy, health, goal orientation and responsibility and marvel at the effects that your personal change has on you and the people you choose to spend your time with.

Unlike many Life Coaches out there in the ether, I have actually lived through the things I teach others how to do, what to avoid and how to do it.
